Your First Week on OOO
The fastest way to get value from OOO is to pick one use case and run something real through it. Don't try to learn everything on day one.
Pick a starting path
Path A — Pitching faster: Open Event Studio, run a real brief through it (not a test), edit the output into your voice, pull 1–2 concepts into your deck.
Path B — Staffing faster: Create an Opportunity with the role, scope, and timeline. Invite 3–5 freelancers you already trust. Request Concierge help if you need more options (Pass and above). Review video responses and decide.
Path C — Organizing your bench: Start building your Roster, add the freelancers and vendors you already work with, and tag and note them so future you has context.
What a good first month looks like
You don't need all five outcomes — one is enough to feel the flywheel: a pitch that moved faster than normal, a role filled without the usual chaos, a bench you can actually reference next time, a vendor shortlist that didn't require 3 hours of Googling, or a reusable proposal that saves time on the next RFP.
Not sure where to start?
Ask: what's hurting most right now? "We can't pitch fast enough" → Event Studio. "We can't staff fast enough" → Opportunities. "We can't track our bench" → Roster. "We can't find vendors quickly" → Suppliers.
