OOO supports different types of users — from solo freelancers to large enterprise teams. Plans are designed so you're not paying for or overwhelmed by tools you don't need yet.

Solo — For freelancers and vendors

Build your visibility and credibility in the network. Includes: Portfolio and case studies (shareable as a personal website), Event Studio (limited monthly usage), private community access, workshops and events. Does not include: Creating opportunities, managing a roster, or inviting others.

Pro — For agencies and studios

Everything in Solo, plus: Create opportunities and post roles, request Concierge support on projects, and Concierge-sourced talent appears in your roster. Does not include: Adding your own freelancers or full workflow customization.

Your full operating system for experiential work. Invite your own freelancers and vendors, build and manage a private roster, customize Event Studio with your historical data, white-label your workspace, and set up onboarding flows and documents.

Enterprise — For large agencies and brand teams

Built around your organization. Everything in Pro, across multiple teams or agencies, with historical data integration at scale, custom workspaces per department or region, and direct collaboration with the OOO team on setup.

Why you might not see certain features

If something looks unavailable, it's usually intentional. Roster tools, opportunity creation, and customization options only appear when your plan supports them. Plans aren't permanent — you'll see upgrade options inside the platform, or reach out to support@liveoutofoffice.com for a walkthrough.
