How Out Of Office Works
Out Of Office is a platform for experiential work — connecting agency teams, freelancers, and vendors in one place so ideas move from brief to execution faster.
What it's for
OOO helps teams turn briefs into proposals faster (Event Studio), find and staff the right people (Opportunities + Concierge), organize their trusted network so it compounds (Roster), and source and remember vendors without reinventing the wheel (Suppliers).
What it isn't
Not a generic AI chat tool, not a replacement for project management tools like Asana, and not a public job board where gigs appear on their own.
The four core areas
Event Studio is where pitching and planning happen. Give it a brief and it generates concept directions, strategy, competitive context, and early budget ranges — fast. Think of it as a first-draft accelerator.
Opportunities is how you staff projects. Post a role, invite freelancers directly or request Concierge help, and review video responses from interested candidates.
Roster is your living bench. Keep the people you trust in one place, see their portfolios and availability, and reuse teams across projects without starting from scratch.
Suppliers is your vendor directory. Search, save, and remember vendors across fabrication, AV, venues, and more — so your team's sourcing knowledge stays inside your org, not in someone's inbox.
Who uses OOO
OOO supports several types of users, and what you see depends on your plan: Solo (freelancers and vendors building visibility), Pass (small teams who want concierge support), Pro (agencies and studios pitching and staffing regularly), and Enterprise (large agencies and brand-side teams).
