Getting paid

Once you're selected for a project, the working relationship is between you and the organization. Scope, terms, and contracts are agreed on directly — OOO supports the relationship but doesn't control it.

OOO can handle: invoicing, payments, and secure transactions via Stripe Connect (identity verification, secure bank routing, privacy and compliance).

For Concierge-sourced relationships, a one-time service fee applies the first time two parties work together. After that, the relationship lives in the org's roster and you work directly going forward.

All contracts and terms belong to the parties involved. Refer to your agreement or OOO's Terms & Conditions for details.

Community, events, and workshops

Freelancers and vendors have access to a private members community. Inside the Community tab you can: ask questions and learn from peers, share insights and resources, join workshops and live sessions, and attend events and meetups.
