How it works

1. Create an opportunity with the role, scope, timeline, and budget. 2. Invite freelancers from your roster — or request Concierge help to go wider. 3. Invited freelancers receive a message from your org. 4. They respond with a short video, why they're a fit, and their key details. 5. You review and decide who to move forward with.

What freelancers see

Freelancers don't browse a job board. They're invited intentionally and respond to a specific ask. This is why response quality is higher — they're opting in, not mass applying.
